By purchasing, downloading, or using ShipAI.today (“the Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, ShipAI.today grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the boilerplate code for your own projects. This license includes:

  • Use in unlimited personal projects
  • Use in commercial projects for your business
  • Modification and customization of the code
  • Deployment to production environments
  • Use by your team members within your organization

ShipAI.today retains all intellectual property rights to the original boilerplate code. You retain ownership of any modifications you make to the code for your specific use case.

Third-party dependencies included in the Product (such as Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and others) remain subject to their respective open-source licenses. You are responsible for complying with those licenses when using those dependencies.

5. Purchase & Payment

All purchases are processed through Polar. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product. Access is tied to the email address used during purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after the 14-day period
  • There is evidence of misuse or fraud
  • The Product has been publicly distributed

7. Updates & Support

Your purchase includes access to updates and bug fixes for the major version you purchased, as well as community Discord support. We do not guarantee specific features will be added in future updates.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIPAI.TODAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that accrued prior to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ShipAI.today operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
